A Classic Fall Engagement Session

What a perfect classic fall engagement session. From the first time I met with Ryan and Alyssa, I knew we would get along famously.  It was my longest consult to date and it was perfect. We talked about everything, not just wedding photography. It was like we had been friends for years just grabbing a coffee and catching up. So it was no surprise that the night of the engagement session we shot for hours and friends, I could have shot until after the sun went down.

No matter how many engagement sessions I do. I never tire of them. It’s such a great way to connect with my couple. If you’re not sure about doing an engagement session I strongly encourage you to do so. No one ever said “Man I am so sad we have beautiful images of us together in such an exciting time of our lives.”

We had our own personal chauffeur. Alyssa’s parent’s did the location scouting and they did a fantastic job that I joked about them being my personal location scouters. While we didn’t have very many leaves left we did manage to find some color and mixed with the light. It was a perfect combination. I enjoyed my evening with these two immensely. I can’t wait for their wedding next summer.
